Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech disruptions
- Design scenario-planning models for climate resilience, ethical AI governance, and workforce evolution
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and other future-focused institutions
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and Nature Futures
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing industry benchmarks for innovation methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive priorities
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or WFS) or equivalent
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V) and data visualization platforms
