Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business models
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of anticipatory thinking
- Monitor and evaluate emerging risks and opportunities in exponential tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future-focused frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
