Responsibilities

- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups in exponential tech sectors
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets across 8 global R&D laboratories
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms and societal impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with demonstrable impact on 2020-2030 tech trajectories
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Futuristics with PhD preferred
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience addressing Fortune 500 boards
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston Futures program)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-machine interaction or climate tech
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
