Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through agile development cycles
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven reports
- Drive organizational culture of innovation by mentoring teams on future-thinking methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi studies, technology roadmapping)
- Deep technical knowledge across multiple domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or biotech)
- Track record of launching innovative products or services from concept to market
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred
- Certifications in innovation management or strategic foreship a plus
