- Translate complex future projections into actionable business roadmaps for executive leadership
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging technological paradigms
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot projects for next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing long-term scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and disruptive technology forecasting
- Exceptional visualization skills using tools like Foresight Pro, Trendalyzer, or custom AI platforms
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Deep understanding of SDGs, ESG frameworks, and sustainable development metrics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) or equivalent
