Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-level executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on disruptive technologies
- Manage a global team of futurists and innovation consultants
- Build proprietary AI-powered foresight tools and predictive models
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through strategic partnerships
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major industry publications
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of leading successful enterprise transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Exceptional public speaking and executive communication skills
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants
