Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused innovation roadmaps across emerging tech domains
- Analyze global trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive culture of innovation through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech applications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., from World Future Society)
