Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, bio-convergence) to identify business opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead innovation workshops using design thinking and speculative design methodologies
- Produce executive foresight reports with quantitative trend analysis and qualitative insights
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis background
- Experience working with C-suite executives in multinational corporations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) highly valued
