Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual trend reports analyzing disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 global market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and invest in futuristic startups
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience building and managing high-performing foresight teams
