Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-political shifts, and cultural movements to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend mapping
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present compelling executive insights through data-driven visualizations and strategic narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Architect annual 'Future State' reports guiding company R&D and investment priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on emerging trends
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
