- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers that inform multi-billion dollar investment decisions
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Integrate AI-driven analytics with human intuition to validate future projections
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight techniques and ethical futurism principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects with measurable business impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
