Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for 2026's AI-driven autonomous systems
- Lead R&D in quantum computing applications for industrial optimization
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for next-gen neural networks
- Collaborate with global teams on metaverse infrastructure standards
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/Quantum/Blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Proven expertise in machine learning architecture and neural network optimization
- Published research in quantum algorithms or ethical AI frameworks
- Experience leading technical teams in agile/scrum environments
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized systems architecture
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
