- Architect the company's 2026 innovation pipeline with measurable sustainability KPIs
- Present strategic futures briefings to C-suite and board members with 10-year vision roadmaps
- Establish industry-wide thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations at Davos, SXSW, and Web Summit
- Manage $5M annual innovation fund for high-potential 2026-relevant ventures
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3 validated case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
