Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for machine learning models, ensuring they are robust and future-proof.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines and model training workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all AI systems in accordance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
