Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging tech disruptions and market inflection points
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Design and facilitate immersive future-vision workshops with global innovation partners
- Establish KPIs to track 2026 readiness across sustainability, automation, and human augmentation domains
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, TED, and exclusive industry roundtables
- Mentor junior futurists and curate our proprietary '2026 Innovation Ecosystem' database
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces with published thought leadership
- Experience advising C-level executives on exponential technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Trendalyzer) and predictive analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major industry transformation projects
- Ability to translate complex systems into compelling executive narratives
