Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive technologies
- Produce quarterly innovation briefings quantifying market opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with board-level presentations and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
