Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework aligned with market trends and technological shifts
- Lead end-to-end R&D initiatives from ideation to commercialization of breakthrough products
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) across 15+ industry verticals
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor 12-person innovation lab and foster cross-departmental collaboration
- Present strategic roadmaps to board members and key stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Innovation Management (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, futures forecasting, and technology adoption curves
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Global mindset with experience in multicultural team leadership
