Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology and market landscapes
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential and assess investment opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track organizational future-readiness and adaptability metrics
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in foresight methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
