- Design innovation incubation programs for quantum and AI-powered solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies mastery
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or relevant field
