Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary foresight initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with data-driven projections and risk assessments
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Build proprietary forecasting models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level strategic foresight programs
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal impact
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in reputable foresight or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF preferred)
- Experience advising executive leadership on long-term transformational strategies
- Strong network with innovation ecosystems and academic research institutions
