Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to create 2026-2030 strategic forecasts
- Develop and present quarterly innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototype initiatives for future market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for trend validation
- Create predictive market models and competitive landscape analyses for next-gen sectors
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
- Deliver keynote presentations at global innovation summits to shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive business models
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in scenario planning methodologies
- Credibility in global tech circles (published research or conference speaker)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, APF)
