Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight methodologies to map 2026 technology and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption opportunities and innovation horizons
- Produce scenario-planning reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for trend validation
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, technological, environmental) for early trend detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning skills
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFS) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or foresight projects required
