Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation labs with $5M+ annual budgets
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor a team of 5-7 technology strategists and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
- Experience managing $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals)
- Fluency in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
