Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models at scale.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability and performance.
- Conduct research on novel architectures and algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
