- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers in emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on AI ethics, circular economy, or human-machine collaboration
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives (min. $50M budget)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
