Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Translate complex future analyses into executive-ready strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on future readiness
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Publish thought leadership frameworks positioning our organization as 2026 innovation pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
