Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging technological and societal shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to embed future-readiness
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR, APF) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
