- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to forecast industry disruption patterns
- Create executive-level briefings translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies

- Mentor next-generation futurists through internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term strategic foresight initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to model complex interdependencies across industries
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Experience leading high-stakes innovation projects with $10M+ budgets
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and predictive analytics tools
