Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent FutureHorizon at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing influential future-oriented research
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) required
