Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating climate adaptation, workforce evolution, and digital sovereignty
- Present foresight insights to executive teams through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and systemic thinking
- Publish annual 2026 industry outlooks establishing thought leadership in strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) or equivalent experience
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
