Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantifiable future scenarios using AI-driven trend analysis and probabilistic modeling
- Design immersive foresight workshops for executive stakeholders across global enterprises
- Author strategic white papers and keynote presentations on emerging paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight outputs into product roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future scenarios (2025+)
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, PESTEL, Delphi method)
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- MBA or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
