Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Conduct primary research through expert interviews, trend analysis, and data modeling
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations
- Build and maintain a global network of technology innovators and thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, technology research, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic initiatives
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
