Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Create scenario-based strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into business models
- Deliver trend reports and innovation roadmaps to global stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with academic and industry futurist networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology trends
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
