- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and implementing future-ready solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
