Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate planning cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Deliver executive briefings and white papers on emerging technology convergence points
- Design and implement foresight frameworks across R&D and product development teams
- Champion ethical innovation practices in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented strategies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in technology convergence analysis (AI/quantum/biotech intersections)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (journal articles, books)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
