Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable systems for the 2026 initiative, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts in predictive AI and quantum computing integration, setting the technical roadmap for the next 2 years.
- System Optimization: Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural audits to optimize performance, reduce latency, and enhance security protocols.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a high-conversion engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical training sessions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for executive stakeholders and cross-functional product teams.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Define and implement cloud-native strategies (AWS/GCP) that align with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on distributed systems and high-scale web applications.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- AI Integration: Strong background in integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and design systems that are scalable and adaptable to future technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions at the executive level.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect is highly preferred.
