Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including AI ethics frameworks and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Design governance models for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration ecosystems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in implementing future-focused initiatives (e.g., AI governance frameworks)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
