Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Conduct code reviews and perform rigorous testing to ensure software quality, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
