Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows/Linux environments
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell/Python)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Texas driver's license (client site visits required)
