Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for C-suite and specialized technical roles
- Cultivate relationships with 50+ active clients in Wichita metro area
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and networking
- Lead candidate assessment and interview processes with structured methodologies
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation benchmarking and competitive positioning
- Drive team collaboration through weekly pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and deliverable excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing environment
- Proven track record placing executive-level candidates in manufacturing/healthcare
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Wichita's talent landscape and major employers
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment analytics
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
