Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Craft and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term business objectives and industry trends.
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze emerging technologies—such as AI, quantum computing, and advanced automation—to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to ensure technical strategies drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in and resources for major initiatives.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology partners, ensuring we leverage the best tools for our 2026 infrastructure.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead pilot programs and internal innovation sprints to test and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior strategic role within the Information Technology or Software Development sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading technology transformations and delivering roadmaps 3-5 years into the future.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), AI/ML integration, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into clear business value for diverse audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
