- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
