Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues within the office environment.
- Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the development team to support internal software applications.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common productivity software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and basic router configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines.
