- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical best practices across the organization.
- Conduct feasibility studies for speculative technology implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering.
- Deep proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with experience in Rust or Swift preferred.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong background in database design, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
