Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead architecture reviews for high-scale, distributed systems designed for future-proofing.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Mentor senior engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business vision into technical specifications.
- Oversee the security and scalability of the core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of machine learning paradigms and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in high-growth startups or Fortune 500 tech environments.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
