Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Lead the strategic direction for Project 2026, creating a comprehensive roadmap for AI integration and development.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI architectures capable of handling enterprise-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and reinforcement learning, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product management, engineering, and legal teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Guide a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Optimize Performance: Drive initiatives to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and optimize cloud resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD is a strong advantage).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in leading AI/ML engineering teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate abstract technical concepts into concrete business strategies and deliverables.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
