Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for mobile apps and web platforms using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all deliverables
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Document design specifications and maintain design libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform constraints
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BA/BSD in Design, HCI, or related field
