Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing for federal digital platforms
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with UX writers and developers to implement designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Adhere to Section 508 accessibility guidelines and WCAG standards
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through clear documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Understanding of federal design standards and accessibility requirements
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Strong user research background including persona development
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Portfolio demonstrating B2B/government design experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
