- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executives
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major tech platforms
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
