Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive environments
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging theoretical physics and commercial applications
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric integration
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and investor stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and Future Tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Strategic Innovation
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Smaply, Palisade @Risk)
- Track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and spatial web
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain within 90 days
